Thursday night was special for the Dodgers for a lot of reasons. Not only did they earn another big win over the Giants, but they also got to celebrate a cool moment for David Price. The veteran pitcher got the start in the team’s scheduled bullpen game.
Price struck out 5 Giants batters in just 2.2 innings of work. He had everything working for him and put the Dodgers in a great spot to win the game. Price also reached a huge career milestone in the process.
Price struck out Giants catcher Curt Casali in the top of the 3rd for the 2000th strikeout of his career.
