SAN FRANCISCO -- The postseason-bound Dodgers demolished the Giants on Sunday, 15-0, at AT&T Park, setting up no worse than a tiebreaker 163rd game Monday at home against the Rockies to determine who wins the National League West and who goes to the Wild Card Game on Tuesday on the road.
As the Dodgers capped their big win, the Rockies were leading the Nationals, 9-0. A Colorado victory would force Monday's extra game, which would be a Dodgers home game by virtue of the head-to-head tiebreaker, as they held a 12-7 advantage over the Rockies in the season series.
