Corey Seager had Dodgers fans holding their breath on Friday when he had to exit the game. In the middle of an inning, Seager called the training staff out and left the field quickly. He was replaced in the lineup by Enrique Hernandez.
Seager apparently tweaked his back a little bit on a diving play earlier in the game. Dodgers’ manager Dave Roberts confirmed that he left the game due to some back discomfort. As of Friday night, he was having tests done and was being listed as day-to-day.

Seager is day-to-day with lower back discomfort.
