Tyler Anderson had the best year of his career in 2022 as a member of the Dodgers. Anderson was named an All-Star for the first time in his career, and finished the year 15-5 with a 2.57 ERA and 138 strikeouts in a team-high 178.2 innings pitched.
In the postseason, Anderson pitched a dominant and scoreless five innings in Game 4 of the NLDS, before getting pulled at 86 pitches. We all know what happened next.
But this offseason, Anderson is a free agent, and the Dodgers will have the opportunity to bring him back, potentially on a longer deal than the one-year, $8 million one he signed coming into this season.
