Dodgers fans getting to watch Clayton Kershaw lift the World Series trophy a few weeks ago was easily one of the better things to happen in 2020. So many fans have watched his career and waited so patiently for that moment.
Kershaw was drafted by the Dodgers back in 2006 out of Highland Park High School in Texas. Over 14 years later, he got to win his first World Series just 30 minutes away from where he grew up playing ball. In those 14 years between being drafted, so much has happened. Kersh has grown into one of the all-time greats, winning Cy Young Awards, an MVP, and setting all sorts of records.
