Clayton Kershaw and strikeouts have become a familiar pair for Dodgers fans over the years. Since his arrival, Kersh has punched out plenty of batters with Los Angeles.
On Thursday night in Seattle, Clayton passed Don Drysdale on the all-time Dodgers strikeout list when he struck out Shed Long Jr in the 5th inning. It was Kershaw’s 2,487th strikeout of his illustrious career and his 5th of the game.
If you’re interested how far off Kershaw is from number on on the Dodgers list, he’s probably got another year to get there.
