LOS ANGELES — The Dodgers called up pitcher Daniel Hudson to join the bullpen on Tuesday, and optioned Walker Buehler to the minors in a paper move one day after Buehler’s first major league start.
Hudson didn’t allow a hit nor a run in his five relief appearances with Triple-A Oklahoma City, with five strikeouts and four walks in 4u2154 innings. He last pitched on Friday.
