The Los Angeles Dodgers have been hit increasingly hard with injuries so far this season. After only a month and a half into the season, the Dodgers have 14 players who they thought would figure prominently in the season on the injured list.
The 15th player may come Monday, as Chris Taylor was scratched Sunday close to game time with right wrist soreness.
Backup is coming, but not in the form of players making it off of the IL. The Dodgers have reportedly traded for Yoshitomo Tsutsugo of the Tampa Bay Rays in exchange for a player to be named later or cash considerations.
