Tyler Glasnow was scheduled to throw a simulated game against live batters Friday in Atlanta, Georgia, hours before the Dodgers’ game against the Braves at Truist Park.
According to Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times, that sim game could now be in jeopardy.
Glasnow was placed on the 15-day injured list with elbow tendonitis on Aug. 16. At the time, it seemed like merely a precaution. More recently, manager Dave Roberts revealed time is running out for Glasnow to even pitch in the postseason.
On Aug. 30, Roberts told reporters that the team was “hopeful” Glasnow would make a return before the end of the season.
