The Dodgers and the Angels are facing off for the first time since the Freeway Series before the start of the season. The first two games will be played at Dodger Stadium and the final two games of the series will be played at Angel Stadium.
For game one the Dodgers will be sending Kenta Maeda or King Kenta as the fans have nicknamed him, to the mound. Maeda is entering tonight’s game with a record of 3-2 and an ERA of 2.30. So far this season Maeda has struck out 38 batters and walked 12. Maeda’s last start was against the New York Mets where he only pitched five complete innings and allowed four earned runs.
