The 2020 season represented every major challenge and obstacle that a Major League Baseball team could ever face. Despite that, the Dodgers found a way to put together a ridiculous 60-game season and take home their first World Series in 32 years.
A big part of that was thanks to the efforts of President of Baseball Operations Andrew Friedman. Friedman has been working double-time for the Dodgers ever since Farhan Zaidi left his General Manager job to pursue a higher role in San Francisco. Today, those efforts were rewarded.
MLB has officially named Andrew Friedman as the Executive of the Year for the Dodgers.
