The Dodgers and Angels will be wrapping up the Freeway exhibition series tonight in Los Angeles. With just one more game to go until the season officially kicks off, anticipation is building. And the whole stadium should be rocking on Wednesday night before they send their team off to Colorado to face the Rockies.
But Monday night offered a different bit of excitement. The Dodgers and Angels made history by being the first big league team to experience umpires wearing microphones for the review process. That was the latest addition for the officiating crew this offseason in an effort to get fans more involved in the process.
