Dodgers fans have been eagerly waiting on an update on Andrew Toles for several months now. After being arrested on a trespassing charge in late June of 2020, a report came out about the mental health and well-being of Toles via USA Today.
The good news is that things have taken a small turn for the better for the former Dodgers outfielder. The latest court records from Monroe County reveal that the charges against Toles have been dropped. The exact term used in the case is a Nolle Prosequi, or “will no longer prosecute”.
