Los Angeles Dodgers left-handed reliever Alex Vesia hasn’t played since Game of the National League Division Series against the San Diego Padres.
Vesia is dealing with an intercostal strain, and was left off the NL Championship Series roster.
However, Vesia has been working to get back in time for the World Series, and threw live batting practice off the Dodger Stadium mound on Wednesday.
According to Mike DiGiovanna of the LA Times, Vesia is “very confident” that he’ll be on the World Series roster.
