The Dodgers made only one change to their roster for the World Series, adding lefty Scott Alexander in place of fellow left-hander Caleb Ferguson.
Alexander was left off the NLCS roster after only one appearance in the NLDS, tossing a perfect eighth inning in a Game 3 loss in Atlanta. The lefty appeared in 25 games, allowing 11 runs (10 earned) in 18 innings over the final two months of the season for the Dodgers.
The 22-year-old Ferguson was outstanding for the Dodgers as a reliever in 2018, going 7-1 with a 2.
