When the Los Angeles Dodgers announced their initial 51-player pool last month, they left some room for potential additions prior to the 2020 regular season beginning July 23.
The club has since added Devin Mann to the group, taking advantage of that flexibility. The 23-year-old is coming off a breakout year for High-A Rancho Cucamonga in which he hit a career-high 19 home runs across 98 games.
The player pool again expanded this week with the additions of AJ Ramos and Clayton Beeter. They essentially replaced David Price, who opted out of playing this season, and Jimmy Nelson — lost for the year due to a back injury that requires surgery.
