The Dodgers activated Yoshinobu Yamamoto from the 60-day injured list and designated Nick Ramirez for assignment.
The Dodgers acquired Ramirez from the New York Yankees for cash on April 2. His myriad of back-and-forth trips to Oklahoma City have yielded just seven appearances spanning 11.1 innings. He’s allowed eight runs in that time, allowing opponents to hit .311 against him.
Yamamoto hasn’t pitched since straining his rotator cuff in June.
