LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers completed their June 30 trade with the Braves on Friday, acquiring right-handed pitcher Alec Grosser as the player to be named later.
The Dodgers acquired pitcher Bud Norris, minor league outfielder Dian Toscano, $1 million and now Grosser from Atlanta in exchange for minor league pitchers Caleb Dirks and Phil Pfeiffer.
Grosser, 21, was drafted by the Braves in the 11th round in 2013.
He has only pitched three games this season for rookie-level Danville, allowing eight runs (seven earned) in 3u2153 innings, with six walks and two strikeouts.
