Dodgers acquire DeJong, Locastro from Blue Jays

The Blue Jays received international signing slots 27, 57 and 117. That gives Toronto extra pool money to lessen its penalties for exceeding the limit in signing Vladimir Guerrero Jr.

In 14 starts for Class A Dunedin, DeJong was 7-4 this season with a 3.13 ERA and a 1.08 WHIP. A native of Long Beach, he was selected out of Woodrow Wilson High School in the second round of the 2012 Draft.

Locastro, meanwhile, owns a .305 career batting average, including a .310 mark with five home runs in 70 games this season for Class A Lansing.
