Dodgers 9, Rockies 4: 1st team to 70 wins

After an ugly loss to start the series at Satan Field, the Dodgers rebounded impressively in what was essentially a pen game against the Rockies, emerging victorious by a 9-4 score.

The scoring got started immediately as A.J. Pollock homered on the second pitch of the game for an early advantage.

After Corey Seager singled and advanced to second on a ground out ,Cody Bellinger drove him in with a single to center. Following a Tyler White walk, Bellinger scored when Alex Verdugo beat out a double-play attempt and the ball was thrown away to make it 3-0

The fireworks continued in the 2nd, as Russell Martin and new acquisition Kristopher Negron went back-to-back to make it 5-0.
