Dodgers 6, Rockies 3: Will Smith makes it 3 rookies in a row to walk it off

Shutout through six innings and looking rather dead, the Dodgers rallied in the 7th behind Chris Taylor, but then gave it back quickly before Will Smith walked it off in the bottom of the 9th for a series sweep.

This team, man.

While Kenta Maeda gave up runs early, he settled down quickly after. Maeda ended up going seven innings on 86 pitches, allowing two runs on seven hits (six singles, homer) and two walks, striking out six.

So that should’ve been enough for the offense to get something going against Antonio Senzatela, but they couldn’t do much.
