The Dodgers will have some representation at the 2021 All-Star Game. After fans missed out badly by not voting in Max Muncy to be the starter at first base, the reserve voting got him into the game. It’s unclear at this point if he will now consider an appearance in the Homerun Derby.
In total, the Dodgers will have 3 players out there representing Los Angeles barring any injuries to anyone on the NL roster. Mookie Betts and Chris Taylor were also selected as reserves for the All-Star Game. Muncy will likely be the starting DH as Dave Roberts said on Sunday morning.
