The qualifying offer this offseason — the average of the top 125 salaries in baseball — is $17.4 million, up from $17.2 million last winter. The Dodgers don’t really have anyone who would receive such an offer, a one-year contract tender. Darvish would have been the only one, but since he was traded midseason he is ineligible to receive a qualifying offer.
