The Dodgers season is now over, which means we are officially in offseason mode. This will be the first full offseason with the new front office in place, so expect lots and lots of movement. After assembling a front office in November 2014, the Dodgers added 20 new players to the 40-man roster by last Dec. 31.
Today, there are 44 players on the Dodgers' 40-man roster, which includes four players on the 60-day disabled list. There are also two more off the 40-man roster but under contract for 2016. Here is a breakdown of the Dodgers roster into a few groups:
Free Agents (3)
2B Howie Kendrick
SS Jimmy Rollins
The morning after the World Series ends, this trio will be officially free.
