For the last few months, Dodger Stadium has served as one of the largest COVID-19 testing locations in the country. With the ability to test over 12,000 Los Angeles residents a day, it has been very helpful in the fight against the coronavirus.
With the introduction of the COVID-19 vaccine to the state of California, the biggest issue is distribution. Officials have struggled to find a way to make sure all residents have the access to the vaccine with the proper means of administering it. Dodger Stadium will now serve as a center for administering the vaccine as it makes the change from a testing center.
