Dave Roberts doesn't see shutout as return of Dodgers' issues with lefties

LOS ANGELES – Dave Roberts isn’t big on leftovers.

The Dodgers manager said there were no feelings of déjà vu Tuesday night as his team’s offense was shut down by a left-hander, in this case Clayton Richard of the San Diego Padres.

“No. It wasn’t and I think we’ve in the clubhouse turned the page on last season,” Roberts said Wednesday. “We’ll see as the season progresses. But I definitely don’t expect to see games like last night come as frequently as they did last year.”
