Friday was not a great day for the Dodger minor league affiliates as only Great Lakes and the AZL Dodgers won. Oklahoma City and Tulsa lost walk-off extra-inning games, Rancho Cucamonga and Ogden lost close ones too.
Loons right-handed pitcher Dustin May won his seventh game as he had his best start since June 30th. The 19-year old May has struck out 102 in 108 innings in his first full season in professional baseball.
The Dodgers lost 3-2 to the Las Vegas 51s (Mets) in the 13 innings despite the 51s not putting the ball in play that inning.
