Jimmy Rollins remains out of the lineup for the Dodgers on Friday night against the Diamondbacks, out for a fourth straight game since suffering a bruised knuckle in his right index finger on Sunday in San Diego.
That means one step closer to Wally Pipp staus for Rollins, and yet another start for Corey Seager, his seventh start in eight games since getting called up to the majors, and his fifth at shortstop.
Seager has taken that opportunity and ran with it, though not literally outside of his one stolen base on Sunday in San Diego.
