Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager exited Friday night’s game against the Rockies after just two innings with a right hamstring cramp.
Seager, the Dodgers most irreplaceable player, singled in the second inning to drive home Austin Barnes with the go-ahead run against Rockies starter Kyle Freeland, but in advancing to second base on the throw Seager grabbed the back of his right leg.
Manager Dave Roberts and trainer Nate Lucero met with Seager at second base, but he was able to talk his way into staying in the game, momentarily at least.
