Clayton Kershaw makes his final start of the regular season in the Dodgers penultimate game of the regular season against the Giants on Saturday afternoon at AT&T Park in San Francisco.
Kershaw enters Saturday with a 1.65 ERA in 142 innings, and will end his regular season a little shy of the 150u2153 innings that Rick Sutcliffe pitched for the Cubs when he won the 1984 NL Cy Young Award unanimously.
Since his return from the disabled list, Kershaw has looked very much like he did before the disabled list. He has allowed three runs in four starts, including just one unearned run in his last 19 innings and no runs at all in his last 10 frames.
