Dee Gordon is a great kid and should do well in his home state of Florida, but here’s my take on The Trade of Haren and Gordon. One can cry about the Dodgers lack of sped and a base-stealer at the top of the lineup, but the Dodgers are currently 4th in all of baseball in runs scored, even though they are second to last in stolen bases. I don’t think FAZ regards the stolen base very highly and right about now, there is no correlation between stolen bases and runs for the Dodgers. The Reds are 1st in stolen bases, but 19th in runs scored.
