LOS ANGELES -- Chad Billingsley makes his return to Dodger Stadium on Tuesday night, pitching for the Phillies in the second game of a four-game series. While the right-hander may have had a sad, prolonged ending to his Dodgers tenure, his time in Los Angeles was a productive one.
Billingsley was 81-61 with a 3.65 ERA, a 110 ERA+ in nine years as a Dodger, which was really seven seasons plus two starts in 2013 before Tommy John surgery marked the beginning of the end.
Billingsley is one of 13 pitchers to strike out 1,000 batters as a Los Angeles Dodger.
