LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers' bullpen continued its struggles Monday as Scott Alexander gave up four ninth-inning runs in a 5-2 defeat to the San Francisco Giants.
The blown save prevented Clayton Kershaw from picking up the victory in a strong eight-inning outing, his longest of the season. It was the second blown save in the last three games for the Dodgers.
JT Chargois also blew a save in spectacular fashion Saturday at Colorado when Ryan McMahon hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning.
