Bruised forearm keeps Turner out of lineup

SAN FRANCISCO -- Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner was out of the lineup for a second consecutive game on Thursday to nurse a bruised left forearm.

Turner, who often gets extra days off to rest an inflamed knee tendon, was struck on the arm by a Cody Hall pitch in a ninth-inning at-bat during Tuesday night's division-clinching victory.

The arm swelled up and is still sore, although no X-rays were taken. Corey Seager started at third base Wednesday night and Chase Utley started at third on Thursday.
