Player of the day
Brock Stewart has shot up the Dodger prospect charts since joining the club as a sixth-round pick in 2014. On Saturday he punched out 10 in his second start with Triple-A Oklahoma City, allowing just five hits and one run over seven frames. The right-hander has a 1.35 ERA in 14 starts across three levels this season, leading all Dodgers minor leaguers with 86 strikeouts against only 13 walks in 80 innings.
