Dodgers pitcher Brett Anderson left Tuesday's game against the Braves in the third inning with an apparent injury to his left ankle or foot.
Anderson allowed a single back to the box by Jonny Gomes with two outs in the third inning, then in the process of trying to field the ball Anderson kicked the ball and appeared to land awkwardly on his left foot.
After calling trainer Stan Conte and manager Don Mattingly to the mound, Anderson was removed from the game. Chin-hui Tsao came on in relief.
