DENVER -- The Dodgers placed reliever Yimi Garcia on the 15-day disabled list on Saturday with a strained right biceps and recalled pitcher Zach Lee from Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Garcia, the 11th Dodger on the disabled list, was injured and removed from Friday night's 7-5 loss to the Rockies. Manager Dave Roberts said in a best-case scenario Garcia would be out -- unable to throw -- at least a week.
That's probably overly optimistic for a biceps injury, with Roberts saying Garcia didn't feel much better Saturday than he did Friday. He figures to be examined by team surgeon Neal ElAttrache in Los Angeles on Monday.
