Andrew Friedman Says Dodgers’ Only Mission is ‘To Reward Our Incredibly Passionate Fans’

The Los Angeles Dodgers are a well-run machine, but the organization would not be as esteemed without the support from the fanbase.

President of baseball operations Andrew Friedman said the front office doesn’t consider the critics in making decisions, but continues to prioritize Dodgers fans.

“I think I look at it from the other side,” Friedman said. “The inverse of that hopefully means that our fans are really happy.

“From our standpoint, that’s our only mission: to do everything we can to be great stewards of this organization and to reward our incredibly passionate fans.
