Alanna Rizzo was born in Colorado and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she earned an M.A in Broadcast Journalism. After earning her degree, Rizzo became a reporter for CBS stations in Texas and Wisconsin. She later became a reporter for Root Sports Rocky Mountain and through that won three Regional Emmy awards.
Alanna Rizzo also was a reporter on MLB Network before working for Dodgers. She was frequently on Quick Pitch and Intentional Talk, which happens to be my favorite show, Got Heem. Alongside other MLB analysists like Kevin Millar, Chris Rose, Matt Vasgersian and Harold Reynolds, Alanna shined and proved she knew her stuff.
