LOS ANGELES — Police said they are reviewing surveillance video of a fight outside Dodger Stadium after Game 1 of the National League Division Series, which left one person hospitalized in critical but stable condition.
The fight broke out in a stadium parking lot about 10:30 p.m. Friday, after the New York Mets 3-1 victory over the Dodgers, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
ABC7 reported the fight followed an argument between rival fans. A witness told the station the victim was punched and injured when his head struck the ground in parking Lot L.
The station quoted a tweet by a person described as a friend of the victim referring to a serious head injury, saying his friend had been hospitalized “with a missing piece of skull”.
