The Dodgers open their final road series against the Diamondbacks of 2015, and maybe Chase Field is what will get Adrian Gonzalez going.
Gonzalez in his career has hit .332/.411/.625 with 20 home runs, 15 doubles and 62 RBI in 71 games at Chase Field, and since joining the Dodgers in 2012 he has been even better in Arizona, hitting .368/.452/.667 with seven home runs, five doubles and 25 RBI in 26 games.
But the first baseman enters Friday in a 3-for-38 slump with no extra-base hits in his last eight games, though he does have 10 walks against ine strikeouts during that span.
