Dodgers fans are in the midst of quite a dilemma. After years of promise and expectations, many feel the team has taken steps backward rather than forward. The past three seasons the Dodgers were a team full of veteran players, few of which were in the prime of their career (aside from Clayton Kershaw and Zack Greinke). And despite a veteran presence (and three consecutive NL West Titles), the team was unable to make a deep run in the postseason.
Gone are Zack Greinke, Carl Crawford, Matt Kemp, Juan Uribe, Rafael Furcal, Hanley Ramirez, Dan Haren, Brandon League, Brian Wilson, and Jimmy Rollins (among many others) counted on with hope of a World Series Title.
