Vin Scully is the big hit today.

The legendary L.A. Dodgers announcer will see a stretch of Elysian Park Avenue between Sunset Boulevard and Stadium Way officially renamed “Vin Scully Avenue.”

Scully began broadcasting Dodgers games in 1950. That was when the team still played in Brooklyn. He has said this season will be his last behind the microphone.
