Several weeks back Topps announced that they would be bringing back their Topps Total brand. For those who don't know -- which includes myself since I wasn't collecting when this initially came out in the early-2000's -- Topps Total is a card set that seeks to give every Major League ballplayer their own card. In other words, it's meant to be a comprehensive set that will include everyone. So, if you are looking for a 2019 card of Dylan Floro, Scott Alexander, and Pedro Baez then this is the set for you.
Unlike its older brethren these cards are only being sold exclusively online, and they've been broken up into 100-card blocks (or Waves, as they are calling it) to be sold every three weeks in 10-card packs.
