The Dodgers acquired Dylan Floro from the Cincinnati Reds on July 4. From July 24 until the end of the season, he was one of the best relievers in all of baseball.
After back-to-back outings in which he allowed a run, Floro really turned things around. In his final 22 appearances, he would only allow a run twice. Over the course of the final two months, Floro had an impressive ERA of 0.79. He had 27 strikeouts in 22 2⁄3 innings.
Floro had a two-week stretch in which he nearly threw a no-hitter.
