The Los Angeles Dodgers' trade of outfielder Matt Kemp won't be official till at least Tuesday, and could be nullified by Thursday if a snag somehow comes up.
According to FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal, Tuesday's the day that Kemp is slated to take his physical for the Padres:

New Dodgers baseball boss Andrew Friedman has come under fire for the Kemp trade after the team ate $32 million of Kemp's salary to offload him while picking up just one MLB-proven asset (catcher Yasmani Grandal) who hit just .225 for the Padres last year while throwing out just 13% of would-be base stealers.
However, no matter what people think of the trade on the outside, it's likely a done deal barring some major shenanigans during Kemp's physical.
