In today's Dodgers rumors and news update, the Los Angeles Dodgers are doing their very best to find a capable set-up man on the trade market before the July 31st non-waiver deadline.
According to ESPN's Jim Bowden, they could find a bit of resistance from a familiar source:
Dodgers continue to pursue set-up relievers but process difficult for them thanks to 3 of the games sellers being from the NL West

With the Colorado Rockies, San Diego Padres, and Arizona Diamondbacks all currently being contacted by contending teams about key members of their bullpens, aiding a division rival such as the Dodgers could end up being low on their priority list.
While there are of course other sellers present throughout the other five divisions in baseball, the Dodgers will seemingly be left with a shrunken trade market to comb through thanks solely to their division affiliation.
