It’s finally opening day, as the LA Clippers are set to take on the Denver Nuggets in tonight’s 2018-2019 regular season opener. And unlike last season, the Clippers will begin this year a fully healthy roster.
The roster looks a bit different than it did for last year’s opener, too. Blake Griffin, Austin Rivers, and DeAndre Jordan have all departed Los Angeles, leaving behind their Lob City days. Also gone is Wesley Johnson, who up until this Monday was the longest-tenured member on the team.
That isn’t to say the Clippers have few returning players.
