Report: Clippers sign former lottery pick Nikoloz Tskitishvili

Doc Rivers almost made it through the summer without signing a player predominately known for stretching the floor. In 2013 it was Byron Mullens — and midway through the season, Hedo Turkoglu. In 2014, it was Spencer Hawes. Now, Nikoloz Tskitishvili, who has agreed to a one-year non-guaranteed deal with the Clippers, per David Pick.

Picked 5th overall in the 2002 NBA Draft by the Denver Nuggets, Tskitishvili’s played the part of a typical draft bust before his exit from the league four years later, with the best of his NBA years coming his rookie season where the 7-foot forward averaged a career-high 3.
