Per Broderick Turner of the LA Times, Patrick Beverley has been sent back to LA to heal a sore right knee. He will miss the final two games of the current road trip, meetings with the Oklahoma City Thunder and the New Orleans Pelicans.
The news couldn’t have come at a worse time for the LA Clippers. Already short at the point guard position thanks to Milos Teodosic‘s injury, the team may need to will have rookie point guard Jawun Evans start up top. Of course, Blake Griffin will likely assume ball-handling duties and run the offense.
